Ingredients
2oz Whole Wheat Orzo - Delallo Organic 1/3 C. Cucumber (with peel), diced7.06oz package starkist chunk light Tuna1/3 C. Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced1/4 C. Onions, raw, diced2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp Lemon juice1/8 tsp Salt1/2 C. canned white (cannelinni) beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain, add all other ingredients. Cover and chill one hour.
