Hamburger Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey, extra lean1 cup Mushrooms, chopped1 cup Chicken Stock, low sodium3 tbsp Corn Starch1 cup Non-Fat Milk6 oz Greek Yogurt
Directions
1. Brown Turkey
2. Add mushrooms and continue to brown
3. Mix Chicken Stock with Corn Starch, add to meat and mushrooms
4. Add Milk and bring to boil
5. Add yorgurt, season and serve
