Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
1 cup FF chicken broth (Swanson)2 egg whites, beaten1 t cilantrosalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Beat egg whites with cilantro.

Heat chicken broth to a boil. Add salt and pepper

Reduce heat to low and drizzle in egg whites. Stir. Remove from heat immediately so as not to overcook the eggs.
