Mango,Parsley, Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 mango1 large banana1/2 bunch fresh parsley1 cup of filtered water
Directions
Peel mango and remove flat seed in middle.

Add that to a power Blender. I have a KitchenAid KSB580 that is as powerful as Blendtec or Vitamix at 1/3 the cost. Throw in a banana and 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley. Add at least 1 cup of water. Add more water to taste depending on how liquid you want it.

I use filtered ice water; you may want to add a few ice cubes as well.
