Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients
½ c. canola oil 1 tbsp. soy sauce1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. red wine vinegar ½ tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker jar and serve over mixed greens with brocoli, red pepper and red onion. May also be used as a marinade for shrimps before grilling. Makes 1 c. or 16 1 tbsp. servings.
