Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Pistachio Nuts

2 bonless, skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil1 tsp. ground ginger4 scallions, chopped4 cloves of garlic, minced2 tbls. soy sauce2 tbls. teriyaki2 tsp. red pepper flakes1/4 cup hoisin sauce1/4 cup chopped pistachios1/4 cup chopped water chestnutsblack ground pepper1/4 tsp chopped fresh basil
Finely chop chicken and add to olive oil and saute until cooked. Stir in giner, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, teriaki, fresh basil and hoisin and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add pistachios and chopped water chestnuts. Season with pepper and serve warm wrapped in lettuce cups.
