Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Make a firm dough with flour and water. Set aside for an hour. Heat a heavy skillet. Divide in six balls. Roll each ball out to almost six to seven inch flat round roti. Cook on medium heat on the skillet, cooking on both side, The rotii will puff up with steam and cook on the insde. Serve with your favourite daal or curry. Roti is a staple, cooked fresh at all meals...our daily bread.
