Quick Taco Filling

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef (93%)1 bag of Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 16 oz can of Pinto Beans Reduced Sodium1 16 oz can of Fat Free Refried Beans1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes (optional)
Directions
Ground beef. Add half bag of cheese, pinto beans, refried beans, and diced tomatoes to skillet. Wait until cheese melts. Pre-heat oven to broil. Add skillet mixture to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Pop dish in oven and wait 2-5 minutes until cheese is brown. Serve. Makes 8-10 large servings.
