Ingredients
Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 1 cup (remove)Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 1 serving(s) (remove)Seaweed, spirulina, 100 grams (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)*Horseradish, 1 tsp (remove)*Omega -3 Flax Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Herbalife Protein Powder, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Blend all ingredients together with 1 cup of ice chips until very smooth. Makes one 16 ounce glass serving. Package of vegan green smoothie vitamin package may be substituted for mixed salad greens if desired.
