Vegan Chili

Ingredients
Goya Dark Red Kidney BeansGoya small white beansLa valle chooped tomatoes 1 canOnions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers)Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium Salt, 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic, 3 tsp
Directions
Chop garlic, onions, pepper, add to a pot (large enough to hold all ingredients) brown for a few minutes. remove corn from cob (I use a smaller bowl turned upside down within a large bowl, I place ear on small bowl and slice down, large bowl catches kernels and juices) add corn (and juices) to pot, mix. add beans and tomatoes, mix. add salt and fresh ground pepper and mix. lower heat. Mix every 20 minutes or so, cook on low heat for 2 hours or so. It'll smell delicious within minutes! Enjoy!
