Cucumber Avacado Soup

Ingredients
1 c 0% fat Greek yogurt2 c non-fat plain yogurt1 shrink-wrapped cucumber, diced1 1/2 to 2 avacados1-2 scallions3-4 TBsp fresh dill4 TBsp fresh cilantro1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste) Blend together till thick and creamy. If you want, add a tsp of olive oil on top for a rich decadent look and some cherry or grape tomatoes diced in half.
