I thought this turned out very well. But, I did have to make a few modifications for my own taste. 64oz. of broth seemed like a lot so I doubled the beans and corn. I also added about a tblsp of chili powder, some pepper and some garlic. Heat to boil and then put on low to simmer for 15 min. - 7/19/10

Probably about a cup. I always double it because everyone loves it and wants seconds.
