Oven baked chicken tenders

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1 large egg1/2 cup panko bread crumbs4 chicken breasts
Directions
Put flour in one bowl. Put egg into another bowl and lightly beat it. Put bread crumbs in another bowl. ( I prefer panko bread crumbs for baking.) Lightly spray down baking pan with oil spray. Dredge chicken in flour first, then egg, then bread crumbs. Put in baking pan and in oven pre-heated to 375 for about 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 on the internal temp. This will serve 4 or more servings depending on breast size.
