Whole Wheat Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs2 cups applesauce, unsweetened2 cups low-fat plain yogurt3/4 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats1 cup choppe walnuts1 cup craisins
Directions
Beat eggs lightly. Add the rest of the wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended.

Bake 18 minutes @ 350. Use paper muffin liners.
