Parsley Passion Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large banana1 large Fuji apple1 cucumber1 bunch of parsley (approx 2 cup)1 to 2 cups of water2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1.) Cut cucumber, apple, and banana into chunks. Grind flaxseed in coffee grinder (if you don't have a coffee grinder, just use the blender and leave flaxseed in it).
2.) Add about a cup of water to the blender and blend cucumber first until smooth (about a minute or so depending on the strength of your blender).
3.) Add parsley and blend until smooth.
4.) Add apple and banana chunks and blend until smooth.
5.) Add ground flaxseed, blend until mixed well, and add water accordingly to your blended preference.
Makes approximately two 3 cup servings
You may drink as is, with ice, chill for a couple hours, or chill overnight in fridge before enjoying. Be creative with other greens and fruits!
Keep in an airtight container/pitcher. Keeps well in the fridge for 2 days.
