Steamed Broccoli with Almonds from Cathy Lowe

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, cut into 3-4 inch branches1/4 cup water4 tbsp butter2 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup sliced almondssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put broccoli in a microwave-safe dish and add water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook on High for 8 minutes, In a glass bowl or measuring cup, melt butter and add lemon juice and almonds. Pour over broccoli. Reseal cover and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and serve.
