Zuchinni Rice

Ingredients
zuchinni, tomatoes, tomato juice, rice, onion, Cheddar cheese, water
Directions
Spray large casserole with Pam. Layer Rice, Onion, Zuchinni, Tomatoes, juice, 1 c. water, top with cheese. Cover with lid. Bake 350 for 1 hour. If home, I'll stir at 45 minutes and take off lid to brown cheese. I use time bake when out and about and its done when you get home.
