Ingredients
Frozen Raspberries 12 oz.Granulated Sugar 1 TablespoonOne cup of water
Directions
Make 3 (71.8 calories) to 4 Servings

Put frozen raspberries into blender, pulse until they are chopped

Mix water and sugar together in a bowl

Add the water and sugar mixture

Blend until water is mixed in

Put in freezer for about 30 Min.

I got this recipe from a Martha Stewart magazine... I added a little extra water and omited the whip cream

A rich dessert that is low calorie, you could sub. Splenda to reduce the calories
