Ingredients: 2 Roasted red peppers Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs (remove)Fat free half and half, 2 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté over medium heat for a minute or two. Make sure the garlic doesn't burn. Add half and half and parmesan cheese. Cook while stirring continuously until the sauce starts to thicken, about 10 minutes. Pour sauce into blender, add peppers and pulse until smooth. Pour back into pan and season with salt and pepper. serve over anything you like.
