Creamed Hamburger Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb lean hamburger1/2 lb sausage optional1 lg. onion1 tbsp. salt1 tbsp black pepper 1/3 C flour4 cups 2% fat free Milk
Directions
Fry hamburger, and onions together until fully cooked. Drain. Add flour stir through mixture good add salt and pepper. Slowly add milk and stir until mixture starts to bubble and thicken. Turn to med low and cook five minutes longer. Mixture will thicken as it cools. For breakfast serve over biscuit ot toast for dinner or lunch serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. Serving size about 3\4 C
