Improved Squash Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup soy flour1/4 cup sugar4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamon3 eggs1/2 cup mashed butternut squash1 1/2 cup non-fat milk2 tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions
Stir together the first six ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir until blended. Bake on pre-heated waffle maker. 1/4 cup of batter equals one serving. Makes 16 servings.
