Ingredients
1 Low fat grahm cracker crust, 9 inches1/3 cup low fat peanut butter¼ cup fat free milk4 oz fat free whipped cream½ cup cooking Splenda½ cup confectioner’s sugar3 ounces fat free cream cheese¼ cup peanut butter crunch cereal
Directions
makes 8 servings.

fluff the cream cheese with a fork. using a beater at each step like called for in the full fat version will cause it to be too creamy.
blend the peanut butter, sugar (change amount of Splenda to tolerance), and add the milk. don't over-blend.
fold in whipped cream, creating a swirled look.
let it set over-night
before serving, sprinkle with cereal, instead of peanuts, for added nutrients and eye appeal.
fun for kids

*low fat options can also be used, but will change the nutrient contents
*if you use a natural peanut butter, like smuckers, be SURE to mix it well. The oil will raise to the top, and you will get mostly peanut oil for your pie, and your pie will be too creamy.
