Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin, silverskin removedjuice from 4 limes, about half a cupzest of one lime.25 cups honey1.5 tsp salt.5 tsp garlic powder1 diced chipotle pepper (canned in adobo type)
Directions
prep marinade

soak in a ziptop bag, using only half marinade for 8-24 hours before grilling

grill over high heat, turning quarter turn every couple minutes until proper internal temperature is reached

remove from heat, then allow to rest for about 20 minutes in an aluminum "boat" pouch with the unused marinade. The meat will absorb the marinade.
