Canadian Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 slices bread6 oz. Canadian Bacon chopped and browned1/2 onion chopped4 oz grated cheeseEgg Mixture:2 1/2 cups skim milk4 large eggsmustard to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put half the slices of bread in bottom of 9 x 9 pan.
Sprinkle on browned Canadian bacon, cheese and onion.
Top with remaining bread.
Mix together milk, egg, salt and mustard and pour slowly
over the casserole.
Store in refrigerator overnight
Bake at 325 degrees, covered 40 minutes, then uncovered for 15-20 more minuets.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
