Sausage Breakfast Casserole

12 silces bread1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained3/4 lb cheese, grated2 T. dehydrated onion (we use 1/2 chopped onion)3 1/2 c. milk6 eggs1/4 t. salt1 t. yellow mustard
Put 6 slices of bread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan,
sprinkle on crumbled sausage, cheese and onion
top with remaining bread
mix together milk, egg, salt and mustard and pour slowly
over the casserole.
store in refrigerator overnight
bake at 325 degrees, covered 40, then uncovered 15-20 min
let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
