JP's Wheat Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup of Quinoa Flour1/3 cup of corn meal1/3 cup of rolled oats1 Tbs brown sugar1/2 tsp celtic sea salt3 Tbs vegetable oil1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 cup butter milk1 egg
Directions
Serves 2 (4 three inch cakes)

mix dry ingredients, in a seperate bowl mix all wet ingredients, mix well, then combine. Drop in 1/4 cup increments onto a prepared oiled griddle. Turn as soon as cakes puff and full of bubbles, but before the bubbles break.
