Bannana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening1 cup of sugar2 eggs1 cup mashed ripe bananas2 cups all purpose flour1 teas baking soda1/4 teas salt1 tablespoon milk
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in bananas and milk. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour into muffin cups or tins. Bake at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes until tops are golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.
