Bella Melon

Ingredients
2 Cups chilled, seeded, and cubed watermelon2 cups chilled, seeded, and cubed cantaloupe1 to 2 teaspoons sugar1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Divide watermelon and cantaloupe cubes among 4 dessert dishes.
2. Stir sugar into vinegar until dissolved. Drizzle some of the vinegar mixture over each serving. If desired, sprinkle with pepper.
Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup each)
