Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
2 C grated zucchini1/2 C mashed ripe banana2 t vanilla2 C flour3/4 C sugar1/3 C Carob powder or cocoa1 1/2 t baking soda1 t salt1 T water
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients. Blend batter will be stiff. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish non-stick or lightly sprayed or use parchment paper. Bake about 35 min at 350 preheated. frost or dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into 24 servings.
