1 stick butter1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar2 eggs1 1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground clove1/2 tsp salt3 cups rolled oats1 cup dried cranberries1 cup white chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together butter, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, clove and salt; stir into wet mixture.. Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
4.) Drop by rounded 1/2 tbsp 1inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 10 minutes until light and golden. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks for cooling.
Makes about 100 mini cookies. Nutritional info is per cookie.
