* Allspice, 0.52 tbsp * Salt, 0.2 tsp * Apples, fresh, 3 cup, quartered or chopped * Orange Juice, 1 cup ( * Pork Tenderloin, 0.64 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yield from 1 lb raw meat with refuse) * Garlic, 5 clove * Ginger Root, 3 tsp * Onions, raw, 0.64 cup, chopped * Honey, 0.76 tbsp ( * Brown Sugar, 0.36 cup, packed * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp brine overnight ( salt, spices-thyme-rosemary-bay leaves, soy sauce,water, olive oil)sear on all sides about 4-6 minutesbake at 425 for 15-25 minutes -remove when temperature reaches 145 degrees ,let sit for 10 minutes..serve
