Mexican Creamy Corn

Ingredients
16 oz. package frozen corn kernels1 med onion, chopped1 med green pepper, chopped1 can mild green chilis8 oz. fat free cream cheese1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Cook frozen corn in microwave according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Saute onion and green pepper until soft, about 4 minutes. Add corn & green chilis. Add cream cheese and heat until melted. Simmer lightly for 2-3 minutes, until the cream cheese is completely melted and the flavors have blended. Optional, add chopped pickled jalapenos or Tabasco sauce.
