Peanut Butter Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
5 slices Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread1 c Milk, nonfat, 1 cup1/3 c Egg substitute2 tbsp Jif Crunchy Peanut Butter, Reduced Fat, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
Directions
Preheat over to 350

Lightly toast bread slices - tear into half-inch pieces. Spray 1-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and put in bread pieces.

In blender, mix milk, eggs, peanut butter and brown sugar.

Pour over bread in casserole dish and let sit about 5 mins.

Bake in over 45-50 minutes (until pudding is firm)
