New Orleans Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup sugar2 tbsp butter1 egg12 oz evaporated milk1 tsp vanilla.5 tsp cinnamon8 oz french bread.25 cups raisins
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 baking pan.
2. Mix sugar, butter, and egg.
3. Mix in evaporated milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Tear bread into 1 in. cubes. Add to mixture and toss until coated.
5. Stir in the raisins. Allow to sit, mixing once or twice until evaporated milk evenly distributed.
6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
