Homemade Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 pound flour (about two cups)1 tsp salt1 whole egg1 egg white1 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil1 Tbsp waterextra flour for rolling out
Directions
sift flour and salt into bowl, make well in center, mix eggs in separate bowl with 1 Tbsp water, put egg mix into flour well and gradually incorporate into sides with wooden spoon until too heavy, then use hands to knead for 5 minutes, let rest for 15 minutes, then roll out as thin as you can. cut into desired shapes and drop into boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
Drain and serve.
