Ingredients
Mix oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt together in one bowl. Mash banana well in separate container. Mix sugar, applesauce, vanilla, and soymilk together in another bowl. Add banana. Blend well. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Mix until happy camper. Spoon on ungreased baking sheet with tablespoon. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
