Gretchen's Delicious Egg Squares

3 c. cooled Brown Rice12 eggs6 egg whites6 oz. canned chicken1/2 c. shredded Mexican mix cheese1 can asparagus1.2 c. half and half1T. Parmesan
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x12 glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
Press rice firmly and evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Spread asparagus on rice. Spread chicken on rice. Combine eggs, cream, and parmesan in a bowl and mix on high for about 3 minutes. Pour on top of ingredients in pan. Sprinkle with the shreaded cheese.
