6 cups quarted apricots2 tbls butter3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal1/2 cup flour1/3 brown sugar (I use splenda)cinnomon (optional)8 x 8 glass baking dish
cut apricots, put in 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the apricots. Can be cooked in micro for 9 to 10 mins or until it bubbles or in oven at 375 for 20 to 30 min. Can also use apples instead and add cinnomon, about 1/2 teas make about 9 1 cup servings
