Chicken, apples and rosemary slow cooker

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 ounce peices (approximately)2 apples, sliced2 cups of onions, sliced1/2 cup cream of celery soup, 98% fat free1 cup chicken broth1 Tbsp rosemarysalt and pepper
Place the onions and apples on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place the chicken on top of the apples and onions.
Sprinkle with rosemare, salt and pepper.
Whisk the soup and broth together, and pour on top of chicken.
If cooking all day, set on low for 8-10 hours.
If cooking half day, set on high for 4 hours.
Serve wtih rice.
Makes 4 servings with two 4 oz peices of chicken with apples,onions, and 1/2 cup of "gravy."
