1 package of raw peeled and deveined shrimp 16-201 onion sliced3 jalapenos sliced length wise5 garlic cloves5 plum tomatoes chopped1 cup low sodium chicken brothcilantro chopped for garnish
put olive oil in pan, add onion, garlic allow the flavor to escape, about 3 min or so, add jalapenos and tomato and let cook another 5 minutes or so. throw in the shrimp and and chicken broth. and cook until shrimp is pink.
serve with rice and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro
