crockpot rice pudding

Ingredients
cooking spraynon-fat milknon-fat evaporated milk (canned)splendaeggsvanilla extract
Directions
Spritz your crockpot with a light coating of cooking spray. Pour in two cups of milk; add rice and stir. Set crockpot to high, cover and stir often - cook for two hours.

Mix eggs, vanilla extract, splenda and evaporated milk in bowl - whisk, then add to rice/milk mixture.

Cook for another 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.

Add cinnamon and raisins before serving. Enjoy warm and refridgerate leftovers immediately.
