Turkey Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Ground turkey 1 egg1/2 cup ground oats1/2 cup parmesan Herbs to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients; add fresh rosemary, parsley, thyme and sage to taste; add salt and pepper to taste. Roll into approx. 1 inch meatballs and bake on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 475 degrees or until meat reaches 165 internal degrees. Makes approximately 30 meatballs. 1 meatball = 36.8 calories.
