5 pounds russet potatoes diced and boiled until tender1/2 cup mayo1/2 cup sour cream3 TBS Lemon Juice1 jar of green olives with pimentos halved1 TBS celery salt1 full bunch of celery diced
Mix it all together and chill...yum.
