Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 2 oz *Healthy Choice No Sugar Added Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream, 0.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp 1/2 cup crushed ice2 packets splenda (for taste)
Directions
add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
