Fragrant Mandarins

Ingredients
1 cup mandarin oranges, with or without a little juice1/2 cup brewed tea, can be black, herbal, and expecially good is plain green tea.1 tbs. honey, unfiltered is best1 pinch cardamom, ground
Directions
Place oranges in a small attractive serving dish. Pour tea gently over. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle sparingly with cardamom.

Note: This recipe can become a super light and fragrant lunch by serving it over 1/2 cup of warm jasmine rice:)

    Thank you :) Its a fusion of my friend from China's idea and mine and ohhh do i love the fragrance of cardamom and green tea. i wish i could make a soap that smells like cardamom/orange blossom, maybe i will try that one day *ss* This refreshment is different and healthy..but then again..different
