Ingredients
1/2 C. Skim Milk1 oz Orange Juice3 oz Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt (Any Flavor)1/2 C. Strawberries (or any other fruit)6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Place All ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. It's that simple. There are many variations you can do with this recipe though. If you use frozen fruit you can omit the ice cubes, you can also use 1/2 tsp of splenda if you want to sweeten the recipe. This can also be made into a healthy dessert by omitting the yogurt and milk and replacing it with frozen yogurt.

    Thank you, I too have made many variations of this recipe. I actually like to blend the berries or fruit frozen, that way you don't have to water it down by adding ice. Enjoy!
