Ingredients
* *Trader Joe's Organic Dry Roasted Cashews, 0.25 cup (remove) * Almonds, 0.25 cup, whole (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) * Banana, fresh, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove) * Almond Butter, 2 tbsp (remove) * braggs liquid aminos -- USE THIS ONE, 5 tsp (remove) * Apples, fresh, 0.5 cup, quartered or chopped (remove) * Raisins, 0.125 cup, packed (remove)
Directions
soak nuts overnight. then food process until crumbly. add the evoo, braggs and flax and pulse to combine. make a paste with banana, almond butter and add to nut mixture. fold in apples and raisins.

good as a dip for celery, toast, ets.
