French Meatballs (Turkey)

Ingredients
1 qt water2 cans tomato soup (or sauce)1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar1 tsp basil1 tsp marjoram40 oz ground turkey2 eggschopped fried onion6 tbsp raw rice1/4 cup flour
Directions
Combine water, soup, raw onion, salt, sugar, basil and marjoram in pot and bring to simmer. Combine remaining (except flour) ingredients to form 1" balls. Roll in flour and add to sauce. Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with rice. About 4 meatballs per serving.
