Melon Soup

Ingredients
1 ripe or 3 cups Cantaloupe 1/3 cup apple or orange juice1/2 cup soy or dairy yogurt (for a more thicker soup use 6 oz.)3/4 cup of stawberries, blueberries, or rasberries
Directions
1. Cut melon into smaller pieces, remove peel,and cut into chunks. Puree in blender
2. Add juice and yogurt. Mix until smooth. If desired add more juice to thin. Chill and serve. Serves 5.
