Hamburger Veggie Soup

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger8 oz. tomato sauce16 oz frozen mixed vegetables1 can chili beans4 c. water1 bay leaf
Directions
Brown and drain hamburger.
In crock-pot mix and stir all ingredients.
Let cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Serve hot. Makes 8-1 cup servings.

You could also use leaner hamburger or ground turkey for this recipe.
